<B>1864 1C Bronze With L, Struck 15% Off Center, MS63 Brown NGC.</B></I> Struck off center toward 6 o'clock, but most of the date is intact. A broad area of unstruck surface dominates the upper obverse and lower reverse. A mark-free and satiny golden-brown Civil War cent with minor buildup near ONE CENT.
