Half Dollars 1863 NGC graded Mint State 65. <b>Brilliant white frostiness is a hallmark of this well struck, well preserved 1863, a coin that was issued during the middle of the American War Between the States and towards the tail-end of the No Motto period. Philadelphia Mint issues 1863-5 in uncirculated grades are very scarce since a large portion of the mintage was exported to Latin America.
