<B>1863 H10C PR66 Cameo NGC.</B></I> The 1863 is always in demand among Seated half dime date collectors, a fact that should come as no surprise given the paltry proof mintage of 460 pieces and the key-date status of the business strike, produced to the extent of only 18,000 coins. This bright, nearly untoned Cameo-designated specimen offers pleasing contrast between the fields and devices, which are sharply detailed throughout. Both sides are free of even a single bothersome distraction.
