<B>1863 25C PR65 Cameo NGC.</B></I> This is a deeply toned proof quarter, more noticeable for the bands of tobacco, crimson, blue and olive color than for the contrast between the devices and the mirrored fields. Still, this contrast is undeniably present, indeed to an extent where the coin merits its NGC-assigned Cameo designation, which is not common among proof quarters of the date.
