<B>1863 10C Seated Dime--Triple Struck with Obverse Rotation--PR65 NGC.</B></I> As one of only 460 proof dimes struck for this year, this Gem is already a desirable piece. Two additional profiles appear to the left of Liberty's head, which suggests that the obverse (hammer) die was loose and allowed to rotate. Incompleteness of strike is limited to the upper wreath and the right ribbon end. Elsewhere on the specimen, modest reflectivity is visible beneath rich toning. Aqua, blue, magenta, golden-orange, and silver-gray patina graces each side.
