<B>1863 $1 PR63 PCGS.</B></I> This fully struck piece displays golden-frosted devices and deep, intensely watery reflectivity in the fields. Definite cameo contrast is the result, on both obverse and reverse, but this piece is encapsulated in a first-generation PCGS holder, from the period before PCGS or NGC began to include the Cameo designation as part of their grade. The fields show a few wispy hairlines, and a faint fingerprint fragment is noted along the lower obverse, just to the right of the date. Three apparent contact marks on the reverse fields are actually the reflections of flaws on the holder, not on the coin.
