<B>1861-S $20 AU55 PCGS.</B></I> The 1861-S twenty, with a mintage of 768,000 pieces, is found in relatively abundant quantities, especially in Extremely Fine and the lower levels of About Uncirculated. Choice AU specimens, such as the offering in the present lot, are more difficult to locate, and Mint State pieces are rare. This example displays bright yellow-gold surfaces that retain a good amount of luster, and most of the design features exhibit sharp definition.
