<B>1861<50C> PR63 PCGS.</B></I> The left side of the obverse has cobalt-blue and rainbow toning with pale champagne color over the remaining obverse surfaces as well as most of the reverse. A pleasing proof with sharp design motifs and reflective fields. Faint hairlines and miniscule contact marks prevent a higher grade.
