<B>1861 $5 Clark, Gruber & Co. Five Dollar AU50 PCGS.</B></I> K-6, R.4. Second and final year of issue for the firm of Clark, Gruber. Significant amounts of mint luster still surround the devices on this rich yellow-gold coin. The devices are weakly defined, as usual. Overall, the surfaces are minimally abraded, but there is an angling planchet lamination in the center of the reverse that extends upward into the field.
