<B>1861 3CS MS67 NGC.</B></I> This Superb Gem example is housed in a early-style NGC holder. It is typically struck with some weakness noted on the shield and on the reverse stars and arrow fletchings. The piece is intensely lustrous and deeply toned in variegated shades of cobalt-blue and rose on the obverse, and more complex shadings on the reverse.
