<B>1861 3CS MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Nearly half a million business strike three cent silver pieces were struck in 1861. PCGS and NGC have certified close to 140 coins in Premium Gem, the level of preservation of the specimen in this lot. Highly lustrous, nicely preserved surfaces display a medley of gray, cobalt-blue, and faint reddish-gold patination. All of the deign features are impressively struck.
