<B>1861 25C MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Type Two Obverse and Reverse. A couple of extra shield lines are noted just above E in LIBERTY, and the eagle's eye is "convex", or raised. Several of the obverse stars are recut, and the right border of Liberty's shield is doubled. The sparkling, essentially snow-white surfaces display a lovely frosty sheen. Faint clash marks are noted near both of Liberty's hands and elbows. Tremendous eye appeal.
