<B>1861 25C MS65 NGC.</B></I> Type Two Obverse, with shield lines above the E in LIBERTY, and Type Two Reverse, with a convex eye on the eagle. One of the more available No Motto quarters and occasionally available in the better grades of Uncirculated. The mint luster is softly frosted and essentially uninterrupted by abrasions. Light golden toning is encircled by blue at the margins with much lighter centers.
