<B>1861 1C MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Sharply struck and highly lustrous, with lovely tan-gold color and no distracting surface flaws. A couple of small die lumps (as struck) are seen, one near the left reverse rim, and one on Liberty's face. Slight weakness is seen at the tips of the feathers. An important opportunity, as few finer pieces have been certified.
