<B>1860-O 25C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> This is the final New Orleans issue until 1891, which also makes it the final New Orleans issue without motto. Light gold central color gives way to more of a red hue in the outer reaches of the design. Highly lustrous, and devoid of singularly mentionable marks. The 1860-O is a better date in anything close to a Mint State grade, and is rare in grades exceeding this coin's MS64.
