<B>1860 H10C PR65 Cameo NGC.</B></I> NGC and PCGS have certified approximately 280 proof half dimes of 1860, of which 1,000 pieces were reportedly produced. Only 15 or so pieces have been assigned the Cameo label. This Gem Cameo displays untoned surfaces, with frosty, well struck devices resting upon deeply mirrored fields. Nicely preserved throughout.
