<B>1860 H10C MS67 NGC.</B></I> Mint-green, ocean-blue, jade, and russet hues grace both sides of this phenomenal Superb Gem. Despite the presence of the deep toning, much luster remains, and the effect is quite startling. Few survivors can match the present piece, much less supersede it, as NGC has certified only five pieces better, with two finer at PCGS (4/07). Close perusal with a loupe fails to reveal a single distraction.
