1860 Colt Army, .44 caliber percussion U.S. martially marked and inspected, serial number 81914. The barrel shows a patina finish with faint traces of blue mixed in and there is some scattered light to moderate erosion and surfacepitting. The barrel address is good and the cylinder shows 20% to 40% original cylinder scene with no engagement dates on front of the cylinder still visible. The cylinder shows some light cleaning long ago now going to a good patina withsome traces of finish on the back of the cylinder. The frame has drifted to gray and there is some slight traces of case hardening mixed in the patina and also on the hammer and lever. The grips are good with some dings, mars, small losses andoutlines of cartouches on both sides of the grips with visible letters that are not quite legible. All matching visible serial numbers.
