<B>1860 $3 MS60 NGC.</B></I> Just 7,036 of these coins were minted, and survivors are seldom seen in the numismatic arena. This example has frosty light yellow luster with excellent definition of the obverse and reverse design motifs. The surfaces have typical abrasions associated with the grade, but not that singularly stand out. While the NGC population seems high, it is undoubtedly full of resubmissions.
