<B>1860 25C PR64 PCGS.</B></I> Type Two Obverse, Type One Reverse. Variegated tan and steel-blue toning adorns this moderately mirrored specimen. Precisely struck aside from the star centers, and the fields are only faintly hairlined. Much scarcer than the mintage of 1,000 pieces suggests, since unsold examples were melted by the Mint.
