<B>1860 1C MS66 PCGS.</B></I> This highly attractive Copper-Nickel cent is a lustrous golden-brown, with faint reddish-orange undertones. The design elements are generally sharply impressed, except that the feather tips are weak, and slight softness is apparent to the left of the reverse bow knot. The surfaces are remarkably well preserved, showing just a few tiny flecks, particularly on the reverse.
