<B>1859 H10C PR65 NGC.</B></I> The 1 in the date is prominently repunched along the base, with subtler repunching noted on the lower parts of 9. From an obverse design by Paquet, used only in this year, that included hollow centers on the stars and a modified image of Liberty that has a slightly larger head and slimmer arms. The fields are highly reflective, and pretty lime-green and rose toning adorns each side. Only 800 pieces were minted, and survivors are scarce at the Gem level of preservation or finer.
