<B>1859 H10C PR63 NGC.</B></I> The curious Paquet obverse with hollow star centers and a new look to the Seated Liberty motif. This obverse hub was only used in 1859 and on the rare 1860 Transitional issues. The present piece has lovely sea-green, lilac, and lemon shades.
