<B>1859 H10C MS66 NGC.</B></I> A little Premium Gem that sparkles with ample luster. The strike is powerfully bold and the surfaces are clean and frosty, with an icy sheen to them that is very pleasing. Several wisps of beige toning is seen on the obverse.
