<B>1859 $2 1/2 Old Reverse, Type One MS62 PCGS.</B></I> The reverse hubs used to produced dies were modified in 1859, creating additional varieties for collectors in the transitional years of 1859 and 1860. The varieties are interchangeably labeled Type One and Type Two or Old Reverse and New Reverse. This Old Reverse piece is sharp and brilliant with frosty orange-gold luster and minimal abrasions.
