<B>1859 $2 1/2 Old Reverse, Type One AU58 NGC.</B></I> Although the mintage of 39,364 pieces ensures that any 1859 quarter eagle is scarce, the Type One, with large arrowheads, is considerably more difficult than the small arrowheads Type Two. Lustrous orange-gold borders frame the smooth olive-gold fields.
