<B>1859 1C MS65 NGC.</B></I> The golden-brown and sea-green surfaces are lustrous and carbon-free. Sharply struck and lightly abraded. Surprisingly scarce in the MS65 grade, despite a generous mintage. The 1859 is often referred to as a one-year type, and that is true if the 1858 patterns are excluded.
