<B>1859 1C MS64 PCGS.</B></I> The copper-nickel Indian cent with the Laurel Wreath reverse is a one-year subtype, produced to the prodigious extent of 36.4 million pieces--more than the total mintage of large cents from 1850 to the end of the series. This piece boasts a premium appearance, with contrasting yellow-orange surfaces and only trivial flecks.
