1858 P1C Flying Eagle Cent, Judd-192,
1858 P1C Flying Eagle Cent, Judd-192, Pollock-235, R.5, PR64 PCGS. A Flying Eagle pattern with the adopted design on the obverse. The reverse exhibits an oak wreath enclosing the denomination ONE CENT. An olive sprig and a group of three arrows are bound at the base of the wreath. Struck in copper-nickel with a plain edge. A relatively common pattern, but a popular one with Flying Eagle and Indian cent collectors. Little of the original copper-nickel "white" color remains with both sides toned in deeper shades of brown and blue. A light lamination is located beneath the eagle, placing that lower portion of the coin on a slightly higher plane than the rest of that side. Also graded PR64 by NGC (flip included).
From The Madison Collection.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
