<B>1858 3CS PR64 Cameo PCGS.</B></I> An absolutely impressive near-Gem proof example that is elusive with any degree of cameo contrast as displayed on this piece. In fact, PCGS has only certified seven Cameo proof examples of the Type Two design that was issued from 1854 to 1858. None have been certified with the Deep Cameo designation. All of the design elements are boldly detailed, and the fields have deep mirrors that frame the lustrous devices. Only the presence of a few faint hairlines has prevented a finer grade for this example.
