The reverse features the Low Leaves subtype, the ribbon ends do not touch the denticles, and a short die line is found in the denticles beneath the right ribbon end. A well struck near-Gem, the wreath and peripheral details of the eagle are needle-sharp, while only a trace of softness is noted on portions of the letters in ONE CENT. The mirrored fields are flashy, and the light honey-gold, green-gold, and reddish surfaces are essentially without contact. A couple of minute planchet voids are far from the focal points of the coin.
