<B>1857 H10C Seated Half Dime--Struck 15% Off Center--XF40 NGC.</B></I> Moderately off center toward 1:30. The legends are intact, although several denticles are off the flan. The obverse has a broad area of cupped unstruck surface, centered at 7:30.
