<B>1857 1C MS66 PCGS.</B></I> Obverse Style of 1856. Snow-1. A noteworthy variety that can be recognized in several ways. The A and M are slightly separated even though this is a Large Letters variety. The interior of the O in OF has a rectangular appearance. The Es and F are closed at the top and the 7 in the date is centered between two denticles. On the reverse, this is a High Leaves variety but the right leaf is lower than usual. This shimmering honey-tan representative is very well struck and only the most insignificant luster grazes affect silky-smooth surfaces.
