<B>1856 $3 AU58 NGC.</B></I> Examples of this date that survive from the 26,010 coin mintage can be found in all circulated grades as well as the lowest Mint State grades, but higher quality pieces are rarely seen. This near-Mint example provides an excellent value, combining decent quality with reasonable price. Nearly full luster is present on both sides with rich honey-gold color that tends slightly toward green.
