<B>1856 1C --Environmental Damage--NCS. Proof.</B></I> Snow-9. A razor-sharp proof of this coveted American numismatic classic. Rich mahogany patina dominates, although the obverse has occasional splashes of brassy yellow. The toning is much more attractive than the NCS designation suggests.
