<B>1855 G$1 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> Type Two. The 1855 gold dollar, with a mintage of 395,318 pieces, is one of the more available dates of the Type Two, but becomes quite scarce in the near-Gem and higher levels of preservation. Pleasing orange-gold luster imbued with tinges of lime-green adorns both faces of this lovely MS62 specimen.
