<B>1854 P1C One Cent, Judd-160, Pollock-187, R.4, PR64 Red and Brown NGC.</B></I> Part of the Mint's experiments with a smaller diameter cent, the design is similar to the contemporary large cent but omits the stars and shrinks the wreath. Struck in bronze with a plain edge. The base of the 1 is lightly repunched.
