<B>1854-O $3 XF40 PCGS.</B></I> One of the characteristics seen on almost all 1854-O threes is the die crack through the mintmark. On this piece it is easily seen, and continues to the right and finally merges into the denticles. The surfaces are devoid of luster and show even green-gold color over each side. A bit softly struck and lightly worn as well over the highpoints of the design.
