<B>1854 H10C Arrows MS66 NGC.</B></I> This frosty Premium-Gem exhibits a white obverse and whispers of light tan color around the margins of the reverse. Well struck, and devoid of mentionable contact marks. Relatively heavy clash marks occur on both sides, and light roller marks traverse the obverse. A challenging issue in this level of preservation.
