1853 Two of these were likewise recovered from the wreck of the S.S. Winfield Scott, which sailed December 1, 1853. Similar obverse, but 4th star too small; same reverse. Deriberpie’s only other use of the DERIB die. Very Rare. Even gold color, reverse very fresh, few handling marks. PCGS AU55. Only 4 coins graded mint state by PCGS.
