<B>1853-D G$1 XF45 ANACS.</B></I> Variety 5-G. Identifiable by the presence of a die file mark on the obverse from the rim to the base of the star located at 9 o'clock. Yellow-gold patination is laced with wisps of orange and lime-green. The design elements exhibit nice detail, though the hair adjacent to Liberty's face and neck is smooth. A couple of small abrasions are noted at the 8 and 5 of the date.<BR><I>From The Frank J.
