<B>1853-D<$5> Large D AU55 NGC.</B></I> Variety 29-V. Typically weak on some of the denticles, the obverse stars, and the eagle's right (facing) talons, but showing an above average strike overall. Lightly worn on the highpoints with a number of minor abrasions on each side. This is a nice example of this relatively common Dahlonega date, for the grade.
