<B>1853 $5 MS63 PCGS.</B></I> Much like the 1852, the high mintage (by No Motto half eagle standards) 1853 is available in circulated grades, yet noticeably scarce in Mint State. This coin combines lustrous surfaces with orange-golden patina and minimally marked features to present the look of a higher grade. Sharply struck for the issue and pleasingly original.
