<B>1852-O $20 XF45 NGC.</B></I> With a mintage of 190,000 coins, the 1852-O is one of the more available double eagles produced by the New Orleans Mint. The example in this lot is characteristic of most early O-mint twenties, having an average strike and moderately abraded surfaces. Mint-made beveled rims, common to this issue, are also observed.
