Glossy medium brown and chocolate. Smooth, just worn. The only notable mark is a rim bruise at star 3. Terminal die state, die state d, with two rim cud breaks on the reverse: one at the bottom and a smaller one over AM in AMERICA. Neither rim cud is strong thanks to the amount of wear but both are partially outlined. Our grade is VG10. An acceptable example of this very rare die state. The attribution and COL Ellsworth Collection provenance are noted on the PCGS label. 147287.15/37565828 Ex Robert F.
