1852 N-21 R4 PCGS graded MS63 Brown
1852 N-21 R4. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown. Choice glossy medium brown with slightly darker steel brown toning on the highpoints and generous traces of mint red remaining on the reverse. Very attractive with smooth, choice surfaces, but there is a trace of very light friction on the highest points of the design. The only mark is a small, light nick on the chin. Great eye appeal. LDS, die state c, with a clear die crack from the coronet through star 5 to the dentils and a strong die clashmark up from the left top of the N in CENT. Our grade is AU58+, very close to mint state. Comes with a nice provenance.
Estimated Value $400-UP.
