<B>1852 $10 Assay Office Ten Dollar AU50 PCGS.</B></I> K-12, High R.7. Distinguished from the two other 887 THOUS tens from the Assay Office by the positioning of the O in OFFICE below the I in UNITED, which is common to both of the other two varieties. This is a remarkably well defined example that has string definition in the center of the obverse, unlike most. There are no mentionable abrasions, and each side has deep orange-gold color with a slight accent of red.
