<B>1851-O 3CS MS64 Prooflike NGC.</B></I> The New Orleans Mint coined 720,000 of these pieces, the only production of this denomination at any branch mint. Both sides of this brilliant near-Gem have fully mirrored fields with slight cameo contrast. Some central weakness is noted on each side, eliminating any possibility that this piece was intended to be a special proof strike.
