<B>1851-C $2 1/2 AU53 PCGS.</B></I> Variety 13-G. The green-gold surfaces are typically worn for the grade, with only wispy marks on either side. A pair of odd, shallow planchet streaks (as struck) are noted that extend, respectively, from the obverse rim just above star 13 to the back of Liberty's head, and from just beneath star 2 to Liberty's chin. A scarce Charlotte Mint issue in all grade categories.
