<B>1851 $2 1/2 MS64 NGC.</B></I> An outstanding example of an early quarter eagle. This example has an abundance of luster and is light yellow-gold in color. A particular strong strike brings up the details to a level rarely seen of a coin from this era. They were widely circulated, making a high end mint state coin relatively scarce.
